Question for the day ...

Has anyone else reached a point when they look at their spouse & wonder...
"will he be able to handle the challenges of growing old with me, if my body starts going first?"

A kidney infection during the 30-50 decade doesn't seem like it qualifies for the getting old part, but it sure did open a glimpse to what will inevitably come in future decades of care taking.
