I have to admit, I'm completely addicted to my "Portable Pilates Studio" by Danskin!
Again, nothing in return for this shameless plug. I just like to share what works & how can you duplicate the results if you can't find what I'm talking about?

A few weeks ago I hemmed & hawed over this rectangular box in the store:

• "sure it's only $20, but will I really use it?"
• "where am I going to put it so the kids don't use it as a slingshot?"
• "a DVD? Hmmm, will that part be annoying or helpful?"

After a few pass-bys, I took the plunge.

• Watched the video ~ not too bad.
• Put out the 'hands-off' warning to the kids
• And shared some of the positions with DH that I thought would help his back (you know he was a typical man about it & wanted to see "more interesting" positions!)

I'm happy to report that not only is this the best 20 bucks I've spent in a long time, but I'm looking forward to toting this thing along on my next business trip & getting my workout in on the road!

***Note: If you are not a 'gym' kind of Mom, this is a great way to work your way back into shape!***

What is everyone else using at home or on the road these days?

Still waiting for some comments to come through (is it working??? YooHoo blogosphere, anyone out there???)
